3. Leveling and feeding accuracy are difficult to guarantee effectively.

In the thick plate split production line, a long waiting area is required between the leveling and feeding machines, so that the material after flattening is prone to rebound deformation, and the synchronization between the two is poor, and the leveling and feeding accuracy are difficult to stabilize.
