At present, the punch feeders used in continuous stamping production mainly include air, roller and NC feeder. Although the air feeder is low in price, it is gradually eliminated by the market due to its high failure rate, low precision and high maintenance cost.
Although the NC feeder has stable performance and convenient operation, it needs to be fed by servo motor, and the price is relatively high. It cannot be accepted by most customers. At this time, the roller feeder has high precision, low failure and easy maintenance. In actual use, fix the roller feeder with the mounting plate on the side center of the die on the punching table, fix the relaxation device on the slider, and let the loosening screw just press the extension of the relaxation bracket, and use the eccentric disk for the eccentric disk. The mount is mounted on the punch output shaft, and the connecting rod, rocker arm and body are all installed.
According to the width and thickness requirements of the material, the material thickness, feeding time, feeding distance and relaxation of the roller feeder can be adjusted, and then the inching test and single-action test can be carried out to carry out high-precision continuous automatic production.

1. 1) Contents to be inspected daily: such as rail surface, lubricating oil tank, air source pressure, hydraulic system, CNC, I/O unit, various protective nets and various filter nets;
2) Irregular maintenance work: such as inspection and pressing or loosening of the guide rails, cleaning of the liquid level of the cooling water tank and the cleaning of the filter, smoothing of the chip conveyor, and elastic adjustment of the spindle transmission belt;
3) Inspection and maintenance work every six months or every year: such as ball screw grease replacement coating, replacement of spindle fuel tank oil, servo motor carbon brush cleaning of feeder, replacement of lubricating oil and cleaning of hydraulic pump.
