The three-in-one feeder integrates three machines of decoiler, leveler, and feeder into one. The body structure is compact, and the floor space is reduced by more than half compared with the traditional separate independent stamping production line, so that the workshop space is sufficient. Utilization, the operator also has enough operating space, will not produce operating discomfort, and as much as possible to ensure the safety of stamping production.
Product configuration:
1. Leveling adjustment adopts electronic digital meter reading;
2. The height of the feeding line adopts a motor to drive the elevator adjustment device;
3. The feeding roller and the straightening roller are made of high alloy bearing steel (hard chrome plating treatment);
4. Hydraulic pressure material arm device;
5. The gear motor drives the pressing wheel lead device;
