There are some subtle differences in the operation principle of different types of feeders, but the overall principle is similar. For the roller feeder, it consists of five parts: the distribution equipment, the transport wheel, the transmission rod, the bracket, and the control circuit. The dosing device discharges the bar to the transport wheel one bar at a time, and the transport wheel feeds the bar into the grinding zone.
During the operation, the bar is placed above the transport wheel. When the bar is worn and rotated, the bar friction is reduced in the condition of the rotation of the transport wheel, thereby improving the wear accuracy.
The vibration and noise during operation are very small, especially suitable for long bar and fine workpiece processing. At that time, the increasingly widely used roller type automatic feeders at home and abroad were able to be used in various types of centerless grinding machines.
After the cooperative processing machine tool completes the active feeding operation, after the bar material transportation of the storage box is finished, the machine tool actively waits for the feeding condition, and the warning device informs the operator to add the material.
The cooperation of the feeder is applied to punching machines, continuous molds, injection molding machines, and robots.
