Common reasons for the biasing condition of the feeder:
(1) Is the position of the material placed correctly?
(2) Is the position of the mold installation waiting?
(3) Whether the mold has a positioning pin to list out these problems:
1. Help the customer to check whether these phenomena exist or not, if there is help to solve these problems;
2. In the case of eliminating the above problems, the MAC feeder machine needs to be inspected when there is a biased material: Look at the balance of the loose screw adjustment. When the material is biased to the other side, twist the loose screw on the side until it is no longer biased.
