The design principle of high-speed punching machine is to convert circular motion into linear motion. Gears, crankshafts (or eccentric gears) and connecting rods are driven by high-speed punching clutches. The connecting rods and sliders of high-speed punching machines need to have a connection point of circular motion and linear motion.
The linear motion of the slider is realized, and the motion of the main motor to the connecting rod of the high speed punching machine is a circular motion. The flywheel is driven by the main motor of the high speed press. There are roughly two mechanisms in the design, one is spherical and the other is cylindrical. Through this mechanism, the circular motion is converted into a linear motion of the slider.
