However, because the unpowered material frame needs to be pulled by the subsequent leveling machine head, the motor of the leveling machine is greatly depleted, so it is rarely used in the market, and most of them still use the power heavy material frame.
In the stamping automatic production line, the feeder is stepped according to the requirements of the stamping process. Therefore, when the heavy material rack is unrolled, it needs to cooperate with the subsequent leveling machine and the feeder to stop and operate, and the standard heavy material frame is controlled to start and stop. It is controlled by a sensor rod mounted on the side of the fuselage.
The automatic control principle of the standard heavy-duty material frame is: the induction rod is equipped with 24V DC voltage and is insulated from the machine table. When the material is unrolled through the material frame, the material will sag to a certain arc when input to the subsequent machine. When the arc is too large, the arc is exposed. The 24V induction circuit is turned on, and the machine is stopped by the intermediate relay and the time relay. When the subsequent machine continues to use the material belt to release the material belt from the induction frame, the material frame will continue to discharge.
This achieves a fully automated control material frame opening and closing, but this type of control must require that the surface of the unwound material be electrically conductive.
1. Use the on-beam photoelectric sensor switch to control the automatic opening and closing of the material frame. The on-beam photoelectric switch is installed at a height position where the material frame needs to be opened and stopped. When the material unwinding material hangs down to a certain position to block the incident light, the photoelectric switch controls the stop of the material frame, and when the subsequent machine is used, When the material is out of the position of the opposing light, the discharge can continue to be initiated.
2. Use the micro switch to control the automatic opening and closing of the material frame. The micro switch is fixed by the floor stand and placed in the material rack and the waiting area of the subsequent leveling machine and the feeder. When the unwinding tape droops and touches the micro switch, the micro switch gives the material rack. The intermediate relay inside sends a control signal to control the material frame motor to stop running.
