Features of Servo Feeder: The feeder is suitable for feeding materials with different thickness and length; the feeder is suitable for high speed and long feeding, improving productivity and feeding accuracy.

High-precision feeding: For the advent of the high-tech industry, the closed-circuit feedback control of the computer ensures the accuracy is within ±0.02mm.
Feeder stage type: It can input 20 sets of different feed lengths, each set provides 999 times of punching times, which can meet the processing and production of special products (optional).
User-friendly manual mode: Enter the appropriate 3-stage manual speed to make it easier for the user to operate and accurately position the material into the mold.
Efficient relaxation device: Quickly set the angle of relaxation with the cam signal of the punch and the simple material thickness adjustment.
Feed length setting: On the control panel, directly input the feed length to achieve the required feed distance.
Feeding mechanism: The roller adopts hollow type, light weight, small rotary inertia, surface hardness HRC60° hard chrome plating, wear resistance and long service life.
The feeder has a button digital code for feeding length and feeding speed, which can be set by the operator arbitrarily and quickly. The feed length can be from 0.1mm to 9999.99mm.
The feeder adopts a mechanical relaxation method (accurate point is accurate), which can be used for a long time and has zero failure.
