Although the air feeder is the earliest feeding device, its operation, use and maintenance skills are quite high, and the frequency of faults is high.

There is a clear understanding of the causes and solutions of common faults in air feeders, so as to minimize the downtime and maintenance costs of the stamping automation line.
The failures of the
air feeder after long-term use mainly include three major aspects: difficulty in starting, unsuccessful starting, and inaccurate feeding. Each of them has its own cause.
Causes and solutions for the difficulty of starting the air feeder:
1. When the air feeder is difficult to start, first determine whether it is caused by the pause for too long.
If it is, replace the sealing ring first, refill the lubricating oil after cleaning and maintenance, and then push the lower slider by hand before starting.
2. The second check is whether it is difficult to start due to lack of lubrication in the three-point combination.
Solution: Add lubricant to the three-point combination.
3. After the above two reasons are eliminated, it is checked whether the iron filings are stuck in the air feeder cylinder and the starting is difficult. Solution: Remove the air feeder cylinder and clean it.
Causes and solutions for the unsatisfactory start of the air feeder:
1. The lack of lubricating oil in the three-point combination causes the starting to be unsatisfactory.
Solution: Add oil to the oiler from the three-point combination oil filler cap of the air feeder to ensure that there is eight minutes of full lubricant, and that the air feeder works 5-6 times. It is better to drop the oil once.
2. Poor performance due to poor combination of three points.
Solution: Clean the internal filter of the air feeder three-point combination filter.
3, the air duct loss aging caused the start is not smooth.
4. The quick connector leaks and the start is not smooth. Solution: Replace the new quick connector.
5. The external air pressure is unstable (the air pressure is too large or insufficient), which causes the starting to be unsatisfactory. Solution: Adjust the air compressor to suspend the devices with large air consumption for subsequent connections.
6. The wear of the seal ring causes the start to be unsatisfactory. Solution: Contact Ruihui Machinery to replace the new feeder seal.
