In the automotive and hardware processing and manufacturing industries, it is usually necessary to use medium and thick plate for stamping production.
This type of stamping processing is traditionally used in a split press line consisting of a hydraulic heavy-duty material frame, a medium (thick) plate leveler, and an NC feeder.
This type of plate pressing line can automate stamping production, but its shortcomings are also obvious, mainly in three aspects:
1. Both the thick plate split production line machine and the machine table need to ensure sufficient waiting area, which makes the production line occupy a large space.
The plate-type stamping automatic production line usually needs more than 8 meters of space, and many even have to dig pits.
2. feeding, debugging, operation is cumbersome, labor intensity, time-consuming.
In the split type stamping production line, the leveling and feeding machine should be independent of the material. If the material thickness is large, many people need to use the crowbar to assist the feeding, which takes a long time and labor intensity.
At the same time, the heavy material rack, the leveling machine and the feeder need to be independently set and debugged, resulting in a great compression of the effective production time.
3. Leveling and feeding accuracy are difficult to guarantee effectively.
In the thick plate split production line, a long waiting area is required between the leveling and feeding machines, so that the material after flattening is prone to rebound deformation, and the synchronization between the two is poor, and the leveling and feeding accuracy are difficult to stabilize. Guarantee.
