The feeder is composed of an operating machine, a controller, a servo drive system and a detecting and sensing device. It is a mechatronics automated production equipment that can be operated by humans, automatically controlled, reprogrammable, and capable of performing various operations in three dimensions.
Feeders are widely used in hardware, stamping, electronics, electrical appliances, technology, auto parts, metals, packaging, industry, precision, aviation, cabinets, machinery, electrical, mechanical and electrical industries.
The feeder has a special role in the metal stamping industry and is widely used. The control system controls the drive system to operate the system according to a predetermined process, taking the control system of the simple feeder as an example.
Feeders suitable for use in the hardware industry can be classified into the following two types according to their intelligence:
1. intelligent punch feeder, this type of feeder generally includes multi-point memory placement, arbitrary point standby, more degrees of freedom and other functions, generally using servo drive, can perform the most complex human-like execution of more complex operations.
It can also be equipped with advanced sensors to make it visual, tactile and thermal, making it a highly intelligent puncher.
2. Basic punch feeders. This type of feeder generally includes a fixed mode program and a teaching mode program according to the requirements of the production process. The fixed-mode program covers several standard processes in current hardware production, using industrial controllers for simple, regular and repetitive actions.
The teaching mode program is specially designed for the special punching of the production process, and achieves the purpose of successful material collection by orderly and safely arranging the basic movements.
