The principle of the high-speed roller feeder is to feed the feed by the output shaft of the punch. Therefore, the puncher must be equipped with a roller feeder. The puncher must have a drive shaft. The high-speed roller feeder eccentric disk mount is fixed on the drive shaft. The eccentric disk rotates to drive the pull rod. The pull rod is transmitted to the drive shaft of the feeder and passed through a single bearing. The lower drum of the high speed roller feeder realizes feeding. The feed length of the roller feeder is adjusted by the eccentric disk.
What are the key points to be aware of when using the roller feeder:
1. Pay attention to check whether the screws and nuts between the mechanical mechanisms are loose.
2. The gear part of the roller feeder roller should be coated with gear butter and supplemented and replaced with gear oil before use and after a period of use to achieve the maintenance of this key component.
3. Regularly check if the feeding roller has good parallelism.
4. Before starting the feeder, pay attention to check whether there is dirt between the rollers and whether there are foreign objects between the gears.
5. Whether there is any abnormality of damage and deformation in each part of the roller feeder, and immediately stop the maintenance once it occurs.
