The Ruihui heavy-duty material frame equipped with the inverter realizes the automatic speed control through the induction pendulum and the time relay, intermediate relay, potentiometer, electronic IC board and frequency converter in the electric box.
As the speed of the heavy-duty material frame changes, the drooping amplitude will become larger and smaller, and the head of the induction pendulum will move up and down. When the rear leveler (or feeder) is fast, the plate will sag. Smaller, the induction swing head rises with the direction.
The amplitude of the droop becomes larger, and the induction pendulum head sinks down. The potentiometer moves with the center point of the potentiometer with the up and down of the induction pendulum head, and different resistance values appear. The resistance value of this change enters the electronic IC. The board, after internal calculation processing, outputs an analog signal and supplies it to the motor variable frequency controller to adjust the running speed of the heavy material rack so that the speed can be consistent with the rear leveler (or feeder), and the rear is fast. It is slower at the rear and slower to achieve fully automated speed control.
