At present, the common solution in the stamping industry is to add a heavy-duty material rack to the rewinding of the scrap after the punching nozzle, but the standard heavy-duty material rack can also wind the scrap, but because it is passed through the sensor rack or Induction bar inductive control, open and close winding at the time of stop.
Therefore, the scrap can not be tightened in a regular manner, resulting in the waste material on the heavy-duty material support tray being very loose, and the waste belt needs to be tightened artificially, which greatly increases the labor of the operator. Strength, can not meet the needs of normal production.
In order to fundamentally solve the problem of difficult waste collection, Ruihui Machinery has specially customized a heavy-duty material frame for winding customers. It adds a guide rod, reciprocating screw, torque motor and control to the standard heavy-duty material frame. A tensioning device consisting of an electric box to tension the coils sent from the discharge port of the punching machine to ensure uniform and tidy winding of the scrap.
The reciprocating screw of the customized heavy-duty material frame is directly connected with the torque motor, and the control electric box regulates the motor torque. When the winding diameter of the material holder tray is increased, the torque provided by the torque motor can be adjusted by the torque control. Winding constant tension ensures that the waste is always tightly tensioned to ensure uniform waste.
