The three-in-one feeder is divided into three types: standard, medium plate and thick plate, which are divided according to the thickness of the applicable material.
The standard three-in-one feeder is suitable for automated production of 0.3-2.2mm thick sheet materials; it is mainly used in precision stamping applications such as computers, monitors, printers, air conditioners, and set-top boxes.
The medium plate type three-in-one feeder is suitable for the automatic production of 0.5-4.5mm thick medium plate materials, and is mainly used in medium plate stamping occasions such as electrical fittings, auto parts, ceiling punching, and motor stator and rotor stamping processing.
The thick plate three-in-one feeder is suitable for the automatic production of thick plate materials with 0.6-6.0mm thickness. It is mainly used for stamping of thick plate materials such as shelf punching, brake pad stamping and caster metal stamping.
The three-in-one feeder is divided into three parts: the unwinding part, the leveling feeding part and the independent electronic control system. At the same time, other auxiliary devices such as hydraulic loading trolley and rack are added according to the actual stamping production requirements. Oil expansion system, pressure arm, pneumatic gear arm, leveling feed head device, electronic control lifting system, fully automatic oil feeder, etc.
