Because of its double expansion and contraction structure, the volume expansion and contraction range can be about twice as large as that of a single expansion and contraction reel, and at the same time, the gap between the fan-shaped trays is large.
Therefore, it is easy to put the reeled roll onto the reel, and the elastic deformation of the reel when unwinding is uniform and the non-stationaryness is small, which fundamentally solves the problem that the material frame has high rotational resistance and difficulty in discharging at high speed unwinding. The problem is to ensure stable and reliable performance at high speed unwinding.
