In the unwinding of sheet material, the planar electronic feeder is widely used as a horizontal material rack, but there are still some shortcomings. The flat electronic feeder has a large weight and inertia in the process of unwinding the output of the coil. It is difficult to control when starting and stopping.
The material frame that has been output will sag normally, and the additional drag force on the material will increase the difficulty of the unwinding length and speed control, and even the phenomenon of excessive unwinding will cause the materials to be stacked and the flatness of the material to be destroyed.
It also increases the workload of the rear leveling process, and the material deviation occurs during the unwinding process. When the material is wider, the discharge tray is correspondingly longer, and the entire flat electronic feeder has a larger footprint. The rigidity of the discharge tray must be increased by increasing the diameter.
And the entire rack must also be strengthened to meet the requirements of use, which will greatly increase the production cost of the equipment.
During the use of the light material frame, the coil material to be unwound is placed on the material frame supporting plate, so that the inner hole of the coil material is closely attached to the supporting material plate, and the bushing for tightening is tightened by tightening the handle of the material frame. Moving downwards, the inclined wedges on the tightening sleeve move the trays outward by the wedge action of the slopes.
During the moving process, the guiding block assists the guiding, so that the strip coil is fixedly connected with the vertical shaft under the tensioning action of the supporting material sheet; meanwhile, the pressing roller arm shaft is pressed by the pressing roller pressing arm under the action of the material rack driving device. Rotating, so that the pressure roller is pressed by the pressure roller arm to press the coil, and a certain pressing force is continuously maintained.
When the light material frame unwinding operation, the pressure roller motor drives the coil rotation through the pressure roller to expand the material at a constant linear velocity. At this time, the surface tooth clutch between the vertical shaft motor and the vertical shaft is generally in a disengaged state, that is, the vertical shaft motor. Does not participate in the unwinding drive.
After the material rack unwinding operation is completed, the end tooth clutch between the vertical shaft motor and the vertical shaft is in an engaged state, and the vertical shaft motor drives the vertical shaft to reverse, and the excess material that has been unfolded is retracted, which is simple, convenient, safe and practical.
