Working principle of progressive feeding and blanking processing technology: Compared with the traditional single punching blanking die, the blanking progressive die is equipped with a stop sensor and a stop sensor stop sensor for sensing the upper die down to the downstream preset position. The anti-return sensor is used to sense the arrival of the upper mold to the upstream preset position, send a stop signal to the punch to stop the upward movement, and simultaneously send a feeding signal to the punch feeder for the feeding action.
Wherein, the lower guide die of the blanking progressive die is fixedly connected with an inner guide post, and a guide hole for accommodating the inner guide post is arranged at a position corresponding to the inner guide post on the lower die, and the stop inductor is disposed at a lower portion of the guide hole, The lower part of the hole is the downward preset position.
An outer guide post is fixedly connected to both sides of the upper surface of the lower mold, and a guide groove for accommodating the outer guide post is disposed at a position corresponding to the upper mold and the outer guide post. The anti-return sensor is disposed at the upper portion of the guide groove, and the upper portion of the guide groove is an upstream preset position.
The blanking progressive die is provided with a plurality of blanking punches and corresponding recesses on the upper and lower molds respectively, and in particular, a plurality of blanking materials can be simultaneously punched in one plane by means of an equidistant front and rear staggered distribution.
The distribution of the stamping parts can ensure that the pressure is balanced during the pressing of the coils, and the problem of inconsistent shape of the blanks due to uneven force is prevented, which also ensures the accuracy of the feeding of the feeder.
