MT heavy material frame, metal strap stamping process, automation equipment
The heavy-duty material frame uses the motor-driven reducer, and the pulley of the reducer drives the spindle of the material to complete the discharging and unwinding operations. In actual stamping production, depending on the material, thickness and configuration of the stamping line, the heavy material rack has a range of special accessories to choose from:
1. Material frame pneumatic pressing arm: compressing the material and preventing the looseness of the material roll after removing the belt. During the automatic operation, the pressure wheel will run with the material running to achieve the line speed of the pressure roller and the material roll. Match to prevent the material from being bulk.
2. Stop arm: located at the upper right of the material frame, the wheel surface of the baffle wheel is close to the side of the material roll, and the retaining wheel has no power to rotate with any force of the outside, and is used to prevent the material from appearing during the discharging process slip.
Heavy-duty material frame arm movement: pneumatically drive the outer material wheel to make the ascending and descending action, the inner block wheel does not move, only the movement of the material roll width direction, the action of the outer limit wheel is limited to the manual operation of the touch screen, before the automatic operation It must be in the lowered position.
3. Supporting arm: The material is lifted to facilitate the feeding of the subsequent leveling machine. It is pneumatically driven and can be manually raised and lowered. In the automatic operation, the supporting arm must be at the lowest position. With the support arm, the material can be clamped smoothly, easily and safely, and the material is led from the discharge machine to the flattening wheel.
4. Inverter: When the MT heavy material rack is unrolled, the rotating rack speed can be adjusted from the inverter. The speed “control” is to transmit the signal to the motor and it is expected to produce the required speed.
The speed "adjustment" is to collect a feedback signal from the process. If the speed is not satisfactory, the signal transmitted to the motor is automatically adjusted until the requirement is met.
