The traditional silicon steel sheet shearing and cutting materials are all manual feeding, pedal-type shearing materials, and the straight strips are cut out, the working efficiency is obviously low, the work safety is lacking, the waste material is serious; the manual control of the cutting progress, The precision is low; and this production process can only cut rectangular sheets and it is difficult to cut the web.
The popular application of the NC feeder can fundamentally solve this production problem. The heavy-duty material rack discharge, the NC feeder with the shearing machine feeding production process can automatically complete the discharging, feeding, cutting, etc. The processing process greatly saves human resources, can cut the roll material and the rectangular material, and significantly improves the cutting precision and work efficiency.
When the NC feeder is installed with the shearing machine, the feeder and the shearing machine are fixed on the base. The feeding direction of the feeding machine is inclined at an angle A with the cutting edge of the shearing machine, and the oblique angle A is between 25 degrees and 35 degrees. Angle A is the best angle at 30 degrees.
The heavy material frame leaves the feeder - a fixed distance, maintains the heavy material frame, the center of the feeder coincides, and intersects with the center of the curved tool, making full use of the residual material of the roll material and the residual material at both ends, thereby achieving the quality assurance. For the purpose of material saving, this method can save about 15% of material compared with traditional straight-open strips.
In actual use, the reel is first placed on a heavy material rack and tightened. The tip end of the web is then passed through the feeder to the curved tool.
Adjust the adjusting wheel of the NC feeder's retaining wheel and heavy material frame to ensure that the coil material is in the middle of the arc cutting tool of the shearing machine, and the NC feeder PLC controls the feeding machine to coordinate with the shearing machine.
During work, the heavy material rack is unloaded and unloaded. The feeder feeds the shearing machine according to the feeding length and feeding time of the material, and then clamps the material. The shearing machine starts to move, and the curved cutter moves up and down to cut out the required The required curved strips are slipped into the tote, so that the cutting process is automatically completed under the control of the NC feeder PLC.
