Heavy-duty material rack is the most widely used unwinding and unwinding equipment in the stamping market. It adopts the method of variable-diameter feeding, that is, the inner diameter of the coil is increased by hand or oil pressure to increase the size of 20mm to achieve smooth material discharge. Unwinding, such as the usual diameter of the coil from 508mm to 525mm.
However, there is an obvious drawback in this method of feeding materials. When the material frame is unwound to the last few laps, the tightening force of the coil material cannot withstand the winding force of the reel, so the diameter of the heavy material frame has been increased to 525 mm. This causes interlayer scratches in the last few turns of the coil, which affects the quality of the entire press line.
Especially for the high-precision and high-quality stamping requirements, in order to avoid stamping the scratched material into finished products, it is often necessary to manually stop the final coil during the stamping process.
After the inspection is passed, the stamping is carried out, which increases the downtime of the production line, which greatly affects the working efficiency of the stamping automation production line.
To this end, Ruihui Machinery has developed and produced a heavy-duty material frame with sensors for stamping customers with high material accuracy requirements. It uses a high-precision linear displacement sensor to accurately detect the displacement of the drum rod.
The system control solenoid valve keeps the material frame winding diameter constant in the whole process of the unit operation, which effectively ensures that the strip will not be scratched due to the change of the diameter of the reel even in the last few turns.
The problem of scratching the surface of the strip due to the change of the diameter of the material frame is fundamentally solved, and the yield of the sheet material is improved, and it can also be used for automatic discharging and unwinding of the steel strip coil material.
