Ruihui designed a supporting arm device for the hydraulic heavy-duty material frame, which can prevent the loosening of the material outward during the unwinding process by using the supporting roller, and also applies the feeding roller according to the direction of the material rolling. The power makes the material easier to deploy, and it is very effective to prevent the problem of high-strength plates or some loose rolls.
The heavy-duty material support arms are symmetrically arranged, and are respectively assembled on the left and right sides of the front of the heavy-duty material frame, and the loading roller is used to apply force on the surface of the coil to prevent the bulk material from being loosened.
The main body of the supporting arm is composed of a feeding frame, a feeding roller, a hydraulic motor and a supporting oil cylinder. The supporting material cylinder pushes the supporting frame to drive the supporting roller to support the outer ring of the coil, and the hydraulic motor passes the gear and the supporting material. The rollers are connected to transmit power, and the supporting roller rotates to assist the unwinding. The top of the pallet is equipped with a proximity switch for detecting and controlling the distance between the feeding roller and the outer ring of the coil.
The bottom rail surface of the supporting arm is installed in the sliding slot of the base, the rail plate is provided with a rail plate, and the pressing plate is pressed on the bottom rail surface of the supporting arm; the rail surface of the supporting rack is installed in the sliding slot above the supporting arm, the chute The supporting rail plate is installed inside, and the supporting material pressing plate is pressed on the guiding surface of the supporting frame.
Hydraulic heavy-duty material frame equipped with a support arm: When the heavy-duty material frame tightens the inner diameter of the coil, the pressing arm presses the coil, and when the coil is unrolled, the tray cylinder pushes the bracket arm according to the width of the coil , adjust the position of the feeding roller, push the supporting roller to support the outer ring of the coil, and the hydraulic motor drives the supporting roller to rotate to assist the unwinding.
The support roller can effectively reduce the impact of the looseness of the coil material on the top support of the outer surface of the coil.
