The heavy-duty material frame is the most used material discharging and unwinding equipment in stamping production. It controls the length of the material through the speed of the material frame controlled by the time relay, and automatically controls the length of the material through the height of the induction rod to realize and follow the whole process. In actual use, the material frame handle is rotated counterclockwise, and the axial movement of the adjusting screw rod drives the four-bar linkage mechanism and the fan-shaped supporting material plate plate connected thereto, so that the diameter of the reel is reduced, the coil is loaded, and the clockwise rotation is performed. The handle of the material frame enables the material roll to be clamped to complete the material feeding, and the motor drives the winding tray to rotate and convey the coil material.
The sensing rod is used to control the opening and stopping of the material frame, and the time delay effect of the time relay connected by the sensing rod is controlled to control the discharging speed, and the material discharging length is controlled by the height of the sensing rod.
When the operator uses the heavy material frame for stamping production, it is not necessary to operate the machine frequently to control the material transportation, fully automatic operation, compact structure, small floor space, low failure rate, high work reliability, and effectively solve the stamping production. The problem of unloading and unwinding.
