It is especially suitable for high-speed feeding of short steps, while the pneumatic NC feeder is not limited by stroke. Mechanical NC feeder relaxation process: NC feeder loosening rod is installed on the slider of the punching machine to move up and down with the slider. When moving downward, it hits the mechanical relaxation bracket, and under the action of mechanically relaxing the rotating shaft, the whole is made. The roller seat moves upwards under the fulcrum of the rotating shaft, so that the upper and lower rollers are separated and separated to realize the relaxing function.
When the slider moves upward, the mechanical relaxation bracket is slowly reset, and the roller seat spring fixing plate is pulled to the left by the return spring, so that the overall roller seat moves downward, and the upper roller and the lower roller can clamp the material to realize feeding.
Pneumatic NC feeder relaxation process: Pneumatic relaxation is controlled by PLC program. The program signal controls the pneumatic solenoid valve to drive the pneumatic relaxation cylinder to pull up, so that the whole upper roller seat moves upwards, so that the upper roller and the lower roller are separated to realize the pneumatic relaxation function.
