The diameter is equal to that of the lower roller, and is horizontally installed in the slot of the fuselage above the lower roller through the axle, the bearing and the sliding sleeve, and can be moved up and down in the slot of the fuselage by sliding of the sliding sleeve, and the left end of the axle is provided with The upper roller shaft end gear of the lower roller shaft gear meshes with each other and can be synchronously rotated by the shaft end gear transmission around the wheel shaft and the lower roller.
Above the sliding sleeve, there is a pressing spring which can press the sliding sleeve together with the upper roller to press the downward roller and an adjusting screw thereof, and the sliding sleeve is further provided with an eccentric sleeve, a supporting block and a loosening bracket, and is used for the sliding sleeve together with the upper roller. Lift the lower roller's relaxation mechanism.
The roller feeder unidirectional device is fixed to the right end of the lower roller shaft by a flat key and can be rotated synchronously by the axle, and the adjustment sleeve of the coarse adjustment stepping number (or step feeding length) is arranged on the left side.
In actual use, when the punching machine is punched once, the eccentric disk of the output shaft end of the punching machine swings the pulling rod by an angle through the eccentric disk spindle and the cross joint. When the pulling rod swings to the air conditioning of the adjusting sleeve, the roller feeder pull rod The top collapse lock is quickly moved by the spring to the root of the one-way device and drives the one-way device to rotate at a certain angle.
In turn, the upper and lower rollers are synchronously rotated to a certain angle, and the material sandwiched between the upper and lower rollers is stepped 2.2 mm toward the punching machine to realize high-precision high-speed feeding.
