NC Feeder Automatic Feeding Accuracy, Carbide Stamping Die, NC Feeder
The NC feeder is equipped with high-speed punching machine, which can realize multi-variety cutting. The feeding precision is up to 0.02mm, the feeding step is more than 1000mm and can be adjusted and adjusted at will. It is fast and convenient, and the cutting piece size precision can reach 0.1mm.
The stamping speed reaches 100-250 punches per minute, which is 2-3 times higher than the manual feeding speed of the single die, which greatly improves the stamping efficiency and ensures the stability of the product quality.
The high-speed production line of the silicon steel sheet stamping production consists of a heavy-duty material rack, a precision leveling machine, an NC feeder, a high-speed punching machine, a set of punching and punching precision progressive die and a control system.
The NC feeder and the high-speed punching machine are kept in synchronization with the control system. The servo motor feeding system realizes high-precision automatic feeding, and then the high-precision punching machine and the punching punching and cutting precision precision progressive die are used to complete the multi-standard cutting punching.
The working process of the high-speed production line for silicon steel sheet stamping production is as follows: after the silicon steel coil material on the heavy-duty material rack is leveled by the leveling machine, the NC feeder feeds through the control system to realize synchronous feeding with the high-speed punching machine.
The punching and punching precision precision progressive die is punched and cut at the same time by the reciprocating motion of the high speed punching machine. The punched shearing piece slides along the blanking guide into the finished product box.
