The unwinding equipment for metal strips is mostly used in the production line for cantilevered single-roller heavy-duty material racks. In some production lines, in order to increase annual output and improve production efficiency, two racks are equipped.
One is used in the main production line and the other is used in the auxiliary production line, while the auxiliary production line needs to be placed in a vertical plane with the center of the main production line, so that the auxiliary production line needs to be placed above or below the main production line.

The double-head material frame is a new type of material frame specially developed to improve the efficiency of the stamping production line. It adopts a double-axis structure and has two operating stations. One operating station unwinds and feeds, while the second operation station It does not rotate and is used for the operator to feed while another roll is unrolled.
The two stations can be rotated 180° in situ for quick interchange when needed, which greatly saves refueling time, saves equipment investment and reduces the footprint of the production line.
Ruihui's improved hydraulic double-head material frame pushes the axial movement of the push rod through the oil cylinder, so that the connecting seat pulls the inner roller of the link type coiling roller, thereby driving the outer roller to move radially, changing the outer diameter thereof, thereby Tighten the material.
When the hollow main shaft rotates, the link type reeling roller and the connecting seat rotate at the same time, and the push rod and the oil cylinder do not rotate due to the action of the thrust ball bearing and the bearing, thereby avoiding the oil leakage phenomenon of the oil cylinder, which is beneficial to prolonging the service life thereof.
Moreover, due to the supporting action of the two bearings, the axis of the cylinder and the axis of the hollow main shaft are always consistent, which can further extend the service life of the cylinder and even the entire double-head material frame.
