The fixed clamp comprises a fixed chuck and a fixed cylinder having a fixed cylinder shaft fixed to the fixed cylinder shaft, the fixed cylinder shaft being perpendicular to the feeding plane, the clamping force direction of the fixing clamp being perpendicular to the feeding plane, ie The fixed clamp is capable of clamping material from the upper and lower sides of the material (ie clamping the material in the thickness direction of the material).
The working process of the air feeder is as follows: When the compressed gas enters the feeder, the reversing valve is jacked up by the internal air passage, the fixed clamp is released, and the moving clamp is inserted into the material gap to clamp the material.
At the same time, the feeding cylinder advances the feeding, and when the punch for cutting the material descends to a certain distance, the reversing valve is given a retracting signal. At this time, the fixing clamp presses the material, and the moving clamp is pulled out of the gap of the material to loosen. The material, while feeding the cylinder, moves back and back, ready for the next feed.
At the same time, the punching machine completes the punching action through the bottom dead center, and when it returns to a certain stroke, the pilot valve is released, and the feeding action signal is sent, then the air feeder is transferred to the feeding action, the material is moved forward, and the punching slider is cycled up-down - The action of "up", the air feeder cooperates with it to complete the "feed-return-feed" action, and complete the automatic feeding during the stamping process.
