S-type punch leveling machine, metal plate leveling feeding, punching automation
The S-type punch synchronous leveling machine is composed of a leveling head, a motor, an S-type feeding track and photoelectric switches on two sides of the track, wherein the motor is connected with the leveling head.
It has a frequency converter on it, and the leveling head includes a fuselage, a guide frame mounted on the fuselage, a leveling adjustment handle, a leveling wheel, a pressure adjusting screw and a pulling wheel, and the guiding frame is mounted on the left side of the body. The leveling adjustment handle is located between the guide frame and the leveling wheel, and the upper part of the pulling wheel is a pressure adjusting screw.
There are a stopper wheel and a discharge port on the side of the rail frame. A control switch is also mounted on the rail frame.
When the S-type press synchronous leveling machine is actually used, the material enters the S-shaped track through the pulling wheel, and is leveled by the leveling wheel to eliminate the original stress and deformation of the material. The leveling thickness and flatness are adjusted by the leveling adjustment handle.
The flattened material that has been flattened enters the S-shaped track. The material in the S-shaped track, according to the position, the photoelectric switch 1, the photoelectric switch 2 and the photoelectric switch 3 will give the corresponding frequency indication of the frequency converter, thereby controlling the rotation speed of the motor to reach the feeding speed consistent with the punching machine.
The S-type punch synchronous leveling machine can achieve the effect of complete synchronous production with the punching machine. The material with high speed and flattened has no indentation on the surface, the stress is effectively eliminated and the flatness is high, and the punching machine can be processed to produce high quality.
