The 3-in-1 feeder combines the functions of a material rack, a leveler, and an NC feeder to greatly reduce the area occupied by the conventional feeding device. It can also be used with a punching machine and can be placed on an ordinary floor.
The material mounted on the rack is controlled by the contrast photoelectric control below. The NC feeder can be leveled, and the material of the preset feeding length is sent to the punching mold, and the high-precision mold is used to relax the material movement in an instant.
The operation of each auxiliary device is based on air or electric power. It is easy to operate and easy to maintain. After the commissioning is completed, the failure rate is low, and the leveling and relaxation feeding accuracy is high. The operation of the 3-in-1 feeder is extremely simple, and the specific process is as follows:
Please make sure that the center line of the three-in-one feeder is the same as the center line of the mold line, and connect the power supply to ensure the grounding is normal.
3-in-1 feeder charging
Place the material on the crane and stabilize it.
Press the oil pressure to relax, reduce the material frame to a certain diameter, and slowly feed the material into the main shaft of the rack. When the axial center plane of the material coincides with the scale on the tile, stop the advance and remove the crane.
When the material is placed, the material is stretched according to the oil pressure, and the material is in a state of tension.
Press down on the hydraulic pressure arm and place the knob in the automatic position. Raise the support arm and remove the material packing tie. Pay attention to the material rebound. (The hydraulic pressure arm must be pressed down, otherwise it may cause the material to loosen and pay attention to the position of the person.)
