In order to improve the quality of the processed products and reduce the production cost, Ruihui Machinery produces a split-type precision leveling machine. The upper frame is hinged to the lower frame and can be lifted relative to the lower frame.
When the leveling machine is working, the upper frame is lowered, the free end of the upper frame is pressed on the lower frame, and then locked by the locking device, the leveling machine operates normally, and the material is leveled.
When cleaning the inside of the planer, loosen the locking device, pick up the free end of the upper frame, and rotate the upper frame around the hinge to expose the flattening rollers for easy cleaning.
