NC feeder feeding accuracy, servo mechanical transmission, punch processing technology
Compared with the roller feeder and the air feeder, the NC feeder has higher feeding accuracy, more stable feeding performance and more convenient operation, and these advantages are derived from its advanced control system.
The control system of the NC feeder consists of PLC, servo system and touch screen. PLC can improve the stability of the control system and enhance the anti-interference ability of the system.
The servo system can accurately position the mechanical movement and improve the accuracy of the mechanical transmission. The touch screen can visually display and modify the parameters of the NC feeder, simplifying the field operation.
PLC is the core component of NC feeder. Ruihui NC feeder is equipped with Mitsubishi PLC as standard. Its built-in high-speed pulse output function can directly output the quantitative pulse number to control the servo drive operation.
The servo driver controls the rotational position and speed of the servo motor according to the number of pulses and the channel emitted by the PLC pulse output terminal, thereby accurately giving the feed length.
The touch screen can visually display various parameters of the personality system, providing users with a good human-computer interaction interface and simplifying on-site operation.
The NC feeder has two working modes: manual and automatic. When the manual working mode is used, the servo motor can be rotated forward or reversed. When the servo motor is automatic, the servo motor can only rotate forward.
When in the manual mode, the ACC command is executed at the rising edge of the servo forward signal, and the mode control data is set to realize the rotation in the CW direction to make the servo motor rotate forward.
On the falling edge of the servo forward signal, the INI command is executed to stop the pulse output. The servo motor reversal can be analogized.
When in the automatic mode, the PLC sends a preset pulse to the servo drive, and the PLS2 (positioning) command is executed at this time.
