1. The length of the air feeder to be fed must first loosen the fixed fine adjustment screw under the stopper of the feeder, and take out the length fine adjustment screw, then the air feeder can be loaded and unloaded to open or close the feed ruler to increase or decrease the feed ruler.
If you need to connect to any size, you must adjust the fine adjustment screw of the feed length, but when the fine adjustment screw rotates clockwise: the air feeder feed length is shorter, if the fine adjustment screw rotates counterclockwise, the air feeder feed length is better. long.
However, when the fine adjustment screw rotates counterclockwise, the feed length is longer, but the fine adjustment screw rotates one turn and its feed distance is 1mm. Before removing the air feeder spacer ring, the feed length fine adjustment screw must be taken out. The more the spacer ring is removed, the feed is fed. The longer the length.
2. Before measuring the required size of the air feeder, you must first pay attention to whether the air valve switch is closed, and the speed adjustment screw must rotate one to two turns counterclockwise.
The slider on the body can be easily moved by hand to facilitate the measurement of the required feeding distance. The air valve switch needs to be turned on when feeding. If the air valve is pushed in the direction of the quick connector, it is closed. If the quick connector is in the opposite direction: It is open, and the lever will automatically rise when it is opened.
3. Measure the required size of the air feeder feeding. Generally, use the vernier caliper or block gauge to measure the feeding distance and move the slider tightly against the spacer ring.
The correct size measurement method is to measure the distance from the guide rail on the two guide rails to the required feed size, but it must be noted that the slider is pushed to the washer and then pushed to the interval to measure the size. The action must be repeated three times. The required feeding size is accurate.
